I've been going to The Yog Arbor for a few months now and I am absolutely hooked. The instructors are amazing and the classes are always challenging yet fun. I also appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful studio space. The website is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information. Highly recommend!
