I recently used this company for my real estate needs. While they were able to help me find a property that met my requirements, the overall experience was just average. The website was easy to navigate, but it lacked a personal touch. I would have appreciated more prompt communication from the agents, as it often took multiple follow-ups to get a response. Additionally, the customer service could have been more friendly and welcoming. Although the deal eventually went through smoothly, I feel that the company could improve by adding a personal touch and being more proactive in their interactions with clients. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
