I recently used their services to help with our financial planning and investment strategies. The website was user-friendly and provided helpful resources, but I found the overall experience to be just average. Although the information was insightful, I wished for more personalized attention and guidance 🤔. The communication from the team was decent, but I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and follow-up. I appreciate the efforts, but I hope to see enhancements in customer engagement in the future.
