I had a mixed experience with Ústav přístrojové techniky av čr, v.v.i. Overall, their products are good but their customer service needs improvement. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, there was a delay in shipping my order. I would rate my experience as average.
