I had solar panels installed on my roof last month and the process went quite smoothly. The company I hired, Quantum Solar Services, did a decent job overall. However, I found their customer service to be lacking at times. The installation team was efficient and knowledgeable, but the communication could have been better. Overall, I am satisfied with the end result and the energy savings I am now experiencing.
