I had a mixed experience with Visit Charlotte. While the website charlottesgotalot.com was informative and easy to use, I found some of the information to be outdated. Additionally, some of the attractions were not as great as they were portrayed. However, the customer service was excellent and they were quick to respond to my inquiries.
