As a customer, I recently took part in the executive level presentation and communication education programs offered by this company. While I appreciate the effort put into designing the course materials and the overall content, I found the experience to be average at best. The instructors seemed knowledgeable, but their delivery lacked engagement and enthusiasm. Additionally, I felt that the pacing of the program was a bit rushed, making it difficult for me to fully grasp certain concepts. The website itself is user-friendly and provides a good overview of the services offered, but I think more comprehensive information about the programs would be beneficial. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of instructor delivery, pacing, and the level of detail provided in the materials.
