The experience with Magisto has been overall average. The platform is easy to use, but the editing options are limited. It would be great if they could provide more advanced features for professional editing. However, the customer service is excellent and they always respond quickly to any issues or questions. Overall, I would recommend Magisto for basic video editing needs.
