I had high expectations from Smart Investment, but...

I had high expectations from Smart Investment, but unfortunately, they fell short. While the investment options are decent, the platform is not as user-friendly as I would prefer. Additionally, the customer support has been slow in resolving my issues. Overall, I would rate them as average.
