I had a mixed experience with Simplex cnc. While their website, simplexarabia.com, is easy to navigate, I faced some issues with their customer support. However, their CNC machines are of good quality and provide accurate results. I believe there is room for improvement in their customer service department, but overall, I am satisfied with their products.
