I am so impressed with the McLean Meditation Institute! The instructors are knowledgeable and passionate about meditation, and they create a safe and welcoming space for learning and self-discovery. The techniques I learned here have helped me find a sense of calm and clarity amidst a chaotic world. I can't recommend this institute enough!
