Tribe Dynamics is an average company overall. While I appreciate their product range and the user-friendly website, their customer service needs improvement. There have been instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my queries. The staff seemed disinterested in helping and resolving issues. They definitely need to work on their customer support.
