I recently had an experience using the services of an IT company based in Canada. I must say, their website is quite user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their services to be just average. The response time for addressing my queries was decent, but they didn't go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. The technicians were knowledgeable, but their solutions seemed somewhat generic and lacked innovation. Although they were able to solve my technical issues, I felt like I was just another client on their list. The pricing was competitive but not necessarily the best in the market. Overall, I would rate this company as average. They do the job, but they don't offer any standout features that would make me highly recommend them to others.
