I had a mediocre experience with Artech systems. The website, artechsystems.com, is decent, but could use some improvements. The products they offer are okay, but I've seen better options elsewhere. The customer service was average, nothing to complain about, but also nothing exceptional. Overall, I would say my experience was just okay.
