I started practicing this technique a few months ago, and I can already see a difference in my posture and overall well-being. The Alexander Technique has helped me become more aware of my body and how I move throughout the day. It has also helped me release tension and stress, especially in my neck and shoulders. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. I highly recommend this technique to anyone looking to improve their body awareness and reduce pain.
