I can't say enough good things about Glow Hot Yoga. The instructors are top-notch, providing clear guidance and modifications when needed. The studio is always clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting space to practice. Every class I attend is challenging and leaves me feeling stronger and more centered. It's one of the best yoga studios I've been to and I highly recommend it!
