I have been a customer of Somerset county council for some time now and overall, I would rate their services as average. The website is easy to navigate, but there is room for improvement in terms of providing more up-to-date information. The staff is generally helpful, although there have been instances of delayed response. Overall, I find their services satisfactory and recommend them to others.
