I had mixed feelings about Atlanta 1996, inc. The website is well-designed and the product range is impressive. However, the customer service was lacking. It took them too long to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. I expected better communication from such a reputed company. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but they definitely have room for improvement.
