I recently visited a local optometry group for my eye exam, and overall it was an average experience. The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained, and the receptionist was friendly and efficient. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the option to schedule appointments online. The optometrist I saw seemed knowledgeable and professional, but lacked a personal touch. I didn't feel like they took the time to fully address my concerns or explain the results of my eye exam in detail. The selection of eyewear was decent, but nothing particularly stood out to me. The prices were average compared to other optometry groups in the area. While my experience was satisfactory, I can't say I was blown away or felt like a valued customer throughout the process.
