I had an average experience with Audio Video West. While the staff was friendly, I felt that the level of knowledge regarding audio equipment was lacking. There were limited options available, and the prices were slightly higher than I expected. The installation process was satisfactory, but the sound quality doesn't meet my high expectations. Overall, it was an okay experience.
