I've been a loyal customer of Ultracare for over a year and I must say that their service has been average at best. While their website is easy to use and they offer a wide range of products, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It's often difficult to get a hold of someone and when you do, they're not always very helpful. Overall, I think Ultracare has potential but they need to improve their customer service.
