I recently purchased some lighting fixtures from the company's website aladdin.cl. The products arrived on time and in good condition. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and I didn't feel valued as a customer. The quality of the products was good, but the overall experience could have been better.
