I found my experience with Horizontal Solutions Group Synergy to be quite average. The overall service was satisfactory, but there was nothing particularly impressive about the company. Their website, hsgsynergy.com, was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I feel that they could improve their communication and response times. The team at HSG Synergy did try their best to address my concerns, but I believe there is still room for improvement.
