I recently attended a yoga retreat at Yoga Vidya Gurukul and it was an incredible experience! The instructors were knowledgeable and provided valuable guidance throughout the retreat. The daily yoga classes were challenging yet accessible to all levels. The location was beautiful and peaceful, allowing for a deep connection with nature. The accommodation and meals provided were of high quality. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Yoga Vidya Gurukul and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a transformative yoga retreat.
