My recent trip with Global travel & tours w.l.l was a mixed bag. The website globaltravelbh.com was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, the customer service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful. It was quite disappointing. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service in the future.
