I had a mixed experience with Progressive Distribution Services. While their delivery service was efficient and the packaging was secure, there were a few instances where my packages arrived damaged. Customer service was helpful in resolving the issues, but it was still a bit disappointing. Overall, I would say they are a decent company, but improvements can be made.
