I have been a customer of Ceralza agencia de seguros cia ltda for over 5 years and my experience has been average. The customer service is decent and the policies offered are fairly priced. However, there have been a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response from the company. Overall, it's an okay insurance agency.
