I recently purchased a few items from their website and I must say, it was a decent experience overall. 🌱 The website had a good range of eco-friendly products, but I felt that the prices were a bit on the higher side. 😐 The ordering process was smooth, and the items were delivered in a reasonable time frame. 🚚 However, I was a bit disappointed with the packaging as it was not as environmentally friendly as I expected it to be. ♻️ In terms of customer service, they were responsive to my queries, but I felt that they could have been more helpful and engaging. 👥 Overall, while it was an average experience, and I appreciate their effort towards promoting sustainable living, there are some areas where they could definitely improve. 🌍
