I've been a customer of this energy supplier for a while now and overall, I am satisfied with their service. The prices are reasonable and the website is easy to use. However, there have been some instances where my meter readings were not recorded correctly, causing some billing issues. The customer support team was able to resolve the problem, but it was a bit of a hassle. Other than that, I have no major complaints.
