I recently had the opportunity to visit the senior living community at West Prospect and was pleased with the beautiful surroundings and well-maintained facilities. The staff was generally helpful and kind, though at times there seemed to be a lack of attentiveness. 🏡 The dining options were satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in the variety and quality of the meals. The fitness center and wellness programs offered were a definite bonus and added value to the community. However, I noticed that the activities calendar could benefit from more diverse and engaging events. Overall, it's a decent place for seniors, but there are aspects that could be enhanced to create a more enriching experience for the residents and their families.
