I recently joined a local athletic and tennis club and had an average experience overall. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which was a plus. The website provided useful information about the club's services and amenities. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful when I had questions or needed assistance. In addition, there were limited class options and the schedule was not flexible enough to accommodate my busy schedule. The club did have a decent variety of equipment and the tennis courts were in good condition. Overall, my experience was average because of the lackluster customer service and limited class offerings. I hope they can improve in these areas in the future.
