I attended a funeral service recently and was quite disappointed with the experience. The funeral home seemed cold and sterile, lacking the warmth and compassion that one would expect in such a difficult time. While the staff was polite, their interactions felt scripted and impersonal. The facilities were adequate, but nothing stood out as particularly special. Overall, I would not recommend this funeral home for anyone looking for a more personal and meaningful experience.
