I've been a customer of Fedstar federal credit union for many years and I have to say that their service is average. While they provide the basic banking services that I need, I often find their fees to be a bit high. The staff is friendly and helpful but can sometimes be slow in responding to inquiries. Overall, I think Fedstar is an okay option for banking.
