I recently went on a trip organized by a travel company, and it was an average experience. The company's website was easy to use, but the customer service was lacking. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but seemed disinterested in the group. The accommodations were mediocre, and I expected better for the price. Overall, it was an okay trip, but I would consider other options for future travel.
