I recently tried out a sports complex near my area, and it was a disappointing experience. The facilities were subpar, with outdated equipment and limited options. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, making me feel unwelcome. The workout areas were cramped and poorly maintained, and the trainers seemed disinterested in providing proper guidance. Overall, I would not recommend this sports complex to anyone looking for a quality fitness facility.
