I had an amazing time staying at the Biz Hotel Batam! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel amenities were top-notch. I especially loved the delicious breakfast served every morning. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed at!
