I had a mixed experience with Puerto Rico Rise Up. While their overall mission of supporting Puerto Rico is commendable, I found their website to be confusing and difficult to navigate. The information I was looking for was not easily accessible, and it took me a while to find what I needed. However, their customer service was helpful and responded promptly to my inquiries. Overall, I think Puerto Rico Rise Up has great potential, but they need to improve their website user experience.
