I just bought some shade sails for my backyard from Superior Shade Sails, and I have mixed feelings about them. On the positive side, the sails themselves are of good quality and provide decent shade. However, I found the installation process to be quite challenging, and the customer service was not very helpful when I reached out for assistance. I think there is room for improvement with their customer support.
