I recently used the services of a company for my trip to Southeast Asia and I must say that I was quite satisfied. The website was easy to use and had all the information I needed to plan my trip. The staff was helpful and answered all my questions. However, there were a few issues with the booking process that could be improved. Overall, I had an average experience with the company.
