The dog training sessions at k9basics.com were okay. The trainers were knowledgeable, but I felt that the classes lacked a personal touch. The facility was clean and well-maintained. However, I expected more individual attention and guidance for my dog's specific needs. While we did learn some useful techniques, I'm not sure if I would choose K9 Basics again for dog training.
