I have been using Fidesys LLC services for a while now and I must say that they have been consistently average. Their customer support is satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the performance of their software is not up to the mark. It takes longer than expected to get accurate results. Overall, I would rate them as average.
