I have been a customer of Neptis s.a. for a few months now and I must say their service is average. The website neptis.pl is easy to navigate and the ordering process is quite straightforward. However, there have been a couple of occasions where my orders were delayed, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I would rate them as average.
