I've been trading gold on the Shanghai Gold Exchange for a few months now, and I have to say it's been an average experience. The website is easy to use, but the customer support is lacking. It takes a while to get a response, and the resolution of issues is not always satisfactory. Overall, it's decent, but there's room for improvement.
