I have been a customer of Alliance in Aging for several years now and I must say that their services are average. While they do offer some good programs and assistance for seniors, I feel that there is room for improvement. The staff can be a bit unorganized at times and it can be difficult to reach them when needed. Overall, I have had a decent experience with Alliance in Aging, but I believe there are better options out there.
