I recently worked with a real estate agency to buy a property. The overall experience was okay, but there were a few areas where they could improve. The communication was sometimes slow and I had to follow up multiple times. Additionally, I felt that they could provide more options that met my requirements. However, they did help me find a property within my budget, so I appreciate that.
