I had a mixed experience with Local Flavor Marketing & PR. While their website is user-friendly and I appreciate their efforts to boost local businesses, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow and there were communication gaps. However, they did deliver on their promises and helped increase my online presence. Overall, it was an average experience.
