I recently purchased some products from the Response Products website and overall, my experience was average. The ordering process was smooth and the website was easy to navigate, which was a plus. However, I found the selection of products to be somewhat limited and lacking variety. It would be great if they could expand their product range to cater to a wider customer base. I also had a minor issue with the shipping of my order, as it took a bit longer than expected to arrive. Nonetheless, the customer service team was helpful and responsive in resolving the issue. In terms of product quality, the items I received were satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. All in all, Response Products is a decent company, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of product selection and shipping efficiency.
