💭 The website was easy to navigate, with a clean and modern design. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the overall experience. The products displayed on the website were unique and creative, but the actual quality did not match the pictures. The items I received had multiple flaws and did not meet my expectations. There was also a delay in shipping, which was frustrating. On the positive side, customer service was responsive and willing to resolve my concerns. They provided me with a partial refund for the defective items. Although the company has potential, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of product quality and delivery. ⭐⭐
