Connect Transit has been a reliable transportation option for me. The buses are usually on time and the drivers are courteous. I appreciate the effort they put into making the commute comfortable for the passengers. However, I have noticed a few instances where the buses were overcrowded. It would be great if the company could take measures to address this issue.
