I have been a customer of U.S. Genomics for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do provide the necessary services for my needs, I have encountered a few issues along the way. One thing I've noticed is that their website is not very user-friendly. It often takes me a while to find what I'm looking for, which can be frustrating. Additionally, their customer support could use some improvement. There have been instances where I've had to wait a long time to get a response to my inquiries. Overall, U.S. Genomics is an average company to work with.
